Hi Em, I dont see why you cannot count that towards your total personally. Im still awaiting my rebate of nearly £400 from last years overpayment of tax. Awaiting my p60 details though so probably waiting a while.

babymoo meant to say the reason i bought 2 sets was i bought the 5kg first as i wasnt selling heavy items but now doing my wholesale clothing i needed a bigger scales as well. The 5kg is still being used loads by my other half for her business otherwise i would let you have them

PaulaB - I read that article and the thought of you taking it would scare the c*** out of me hun. did you read the end of it? did you also read the bit that while the brain doesn't seem to show sleep deprivation the body does show signs of it if used for anything more than a short period of time. fair enough but it then goes on to say it is a habit forming medication too. sleep deprivation can do a lot of damage to your body.
after they had taken it for a few days they seemed to get the opposite effect of the benefits they initially felt. feeling drunk and disorientated and unsure how they had spent there time. one girl fainting and losing her sight all be it only for a couple of minutes.
I can see it for exam cramming but would worry about using on a regular basis as you might just have more extremes eg taking it and feeling really with it and then feeling really crap afterwards and even less able to concentrate.
not sure why I'm posting cos it really is your own choice but it did worry me so I am posting my thoughts. hope I don't offend

Thanks Jo- you just said what I was thinking, Paula you are too special to us to risk your health with something like that. We need our Sulkie guru at full health :-)

Totally agree - that list of side affects sound terrifying. It sounds like it will only serve to exacerbate the problem re productivity in the long term and actually reduce efficiency. I bet a nice glass of cool water would be more energising.
    Just £10,852.28p to go...

    :D
