    Why wasn't I surprised that that link led to a weezl menu plan LOL? Weezl is the guru of cheap eating! I spent a lot of time on OS for a while, and could really do with getting back there occasionally, but I put on a LOAD of weight while I was on OS as I kept baking bread and making HM jam, and lots of bread + jam = chunky monkey!!
    - and this is exactly what I did when I was going all OS - made lots of cakes and ate most of them myself! :rotfl:
    ...the kids enjoyed it though :)
    I have learned lots from those boards though; how to use my slow cooker, how to save on dishwasher tablets (use powder; I've been on the same £3.50 container of it for six weeks now and am only halfway through!) and I very rarely waste any food now. Might try to do one recipe from the list each week.
    Jo, my £1 thing today is that I've only drunk water instead of juice all day :)
    I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @ss.... and I'm all out of bubblegum.

    Hi all :) My £1 thing today was eating at Mum's instead of at home - free food tastes yum!
    My today's mini move was locating my main project - as i'd hidden it under everything and pretended it wasn't there. It's now on my lap and i'm going to spend 20 mins working on it :)
    Looking forward to tomorrows already - and i haven't done today's yet but that's typical of me.
    Oooh i received a £99 cheque tax rebate today which is nice and will go towards my total. It might be cheating however i only applied for the rebate due to this challenge so it kind of counts?
    Just £10,852.28p to go...

    :D

    Trust that little voice in your head that says "Wouldn't it be interesting if...";
    And then do it.

    Its for other stuff. If you could point them out to me would be brilliant. Thank you :)
