What happens to kids when they get to a certain age they become allergic to baths....
DD says shes boycotting bath as she wants a shower...I told her to stand in the bath and i would chuck buckets of water at her
OH has put his foot down and said she has to go in bath as he,s not taking her to Ikea with flies buzzing round her..:o
Kids......she loves clothes and make up but wont get a bath

bloody slugs have eaten all my lettuce seedlings in the garden..grrrr good job I've got plenty in pots. Might just stick to beans and peas in the actual garden and do the rest in pots. Was quite funny really when i went over to check them and there was nothing at all there...started looking at the rest of the patch..yeah..coz of course they might have moved in the night!

Hello everyone. Its grey windy and cold here.
Mabel sorry to hear the slugs have eaten your lettuces, same happened to me last year. Mine are now in pots but they still get in there if you are not careful, especially snails the pesky things are very good climbers.

Thanks Rosie-I'm going to put some eggshells down and se if that helps but if not I'm resorting to slug pellets I'm afraid (as long as i can get puppy friendly ones)
Nope havent heard from saucy hope shes ok and toots is still MIA but she is ok just having a break

Jo well done on your pound! Um-I think i'm going to have to bow out of the challenge coz now I havent got my wii I've got no way of weighing myself (good excuse I know) Will get some scales when i have some spare cash.

Mabel I don't use slug pellets because of the dog but also I have heard that if hedgehogs eat slugs that have eaten the pellets it will poison them too. I only started growing things last year but I want to be as organic as possible and not use chemicals.
