  • Just been up in loft and getting all nostalgic and sentimental about cuddly toys....Im a big wuss,I think its after recent events and remembering older DDs when they were little
Been down to hand notice in ,wrote and printed letter which was no good, have to fill in form and have inspection of house
Its in good decorative order, in fact been recently done mostly, the problem is someone has broken my bathroom window, there is a crack and small hole where a stone has gone through,on the outside pane of double glazing, when I went to report it I was told i needed to see police and report it as they had to have a number, did that and police gave me a incident number, housing assoc wouldnt accept it and said I needed a crime number, back to police who wouldnt give me a crime number as the window was broken when we were out and I didnt see anyone break it therefore it was an incident, housing assoc said incident number was no good and I had to pay for window....Ijust left it as I had a blind up and couldnt see it or afford to replace it
Also I have to hand in 2 keys for each door and only have one ,so I will be charged for replacing 3 locks, Even though 1 lock was replaced by them ,handle fell off week after replacement in my neighbours hand, shes scared to touch my door now lol ( stoped her just walking in anyway) and the 2nd time they only left 1 key, couldnt be bothered complaining again but now I will be charged for lock

So Im a bit peeved and wonder wether I should leave a forwarding address
the rest of the house is in good repair and nicely decorated which is more than can be said for tennants that just moved, they had to take 6 skips of rubbish away and replace floors, kitchen etc, yet I was told they werent getting charged because they would never get the money and they were on the brew and under social services
