tried to get some help on the mortgage threads on here about porting but some not so friendly posters on there lol had someone pm this week and could take her through it because i've just done it but she had had the same sort of replies

Elly - I tried the mortgage threads too about if getting a joint mortgage was possible with the amount of debt OH is in and the replies were mixed. Some nice saying look you will only know if you try and some others a bit pants going on about poor credit histories

Amber - what made you live in Spain?? Are you actually Spanish? My parents have a little apartment thing in Altea it's nice enough. My spanish is limited to dos estrella por favor. which is shockingly bad. Bizzarly i can understand words so get the jist of a conversation but can't actually speak much.

we have an altea but its a caravan wish it was in spain but in storage in airth lol its an adria altea once we move we will be able to afford to use it again yeah.
lilac the banks were fine we have lots of debt which luckily will be covered by equity but have managed to keep good credit rating it would be worth doing the mortgage promise before paying e/a just incase its not going to work for you
