    even try not to respond. Try knowing that she is likely to keep doing that and however much she does it does not change who you are as a person. you are still the same person as you were before the message.

  • whoa im offline for 6 hours and I have 4 pages to catch up on!

    Yet Yesterday there were at least 6 hours without any posts:rotfl::rotfl:

    Will read through everything, write down another rant (kinda amusing in a very bad day kinda way... ) and go for a walk to try and walk off this pulled muscle (will explain when I get back)

    Have to crack on even though I feel like going to bed and curling into a ball
    Would turn phone off exept waiting for message from OH

    Anyone for cake? Triple chocolate, about a zillion calories per piece but SO yummy. Bye bye waist :rotfl:.

    Made a basic menu plan, just gotta make the shopping list now. Pay day on Friday so I shall be heading to the butchers on Friday morning (aparently you can get good deals at the butchers?? I have no idea) Then aldi for fruit/veg etc. Health kick (will need it after that cake)

    I have nothing left to eBay :rotfl:

    evenstar. I have no idea about advertising on facebook . but suppose you could put it on your status and ask peole if they know anyone who might be interested.

    I'll have a slice of virtual cake please. seems about all I'm allowed on this new diet,lol.
    I set out a weekly meal plan on sunday before I went shopping, it really helped, aldi for fruit etc, netto for most of the others, farmfoods for my frozen and tesco for the rest. I'm lucky in that they are all pretty much in a 3 mile round trip from my house, and there's a morrisions and asda in that trip but only go there if I know of special offers.
    I'll be putting my menu on my new weight loss blog tomorrow once I've been weighed and took measurements and .... took some before photos.:eek:
    So that blog may not be for the faint hearted

    pork stir fry tonight with noodles. never made one before and never had one before, should be interesting. any tips?

    You should save loads sticking to a plan ...I did
    Butchers here do a meat pack, it used to be 6.99 now 10.99, still good value though and meat better than supermarkets

    ok doggy walking time and going to put up flyers in local shops
