right my dear..... I agree they have behaved very badly but don't cut them out completely. My parents did that to me and although it doens't bother me now, it has led to serious problems (drink and drugs) with both of my younger sisters. I would simply give them your new address and contact details, tell them its your fresh start and they are welcome on your terms. It's not going to be easy but, he whoever said families are ever easy!
Oh, and keep posting, thats what we are here for!!
