    NLID,
Big amount of sympathy and understanding on the closing the deal part. You just need to develop balls of steel and refuse to underprice yourself. I have had meetings where clients have winced in front of me about the price. But, I refuse to budge – and eventually people will accept it and pay your for it or go elsewhere which suits me fine as we can’t have every client. Anyhoo, we talked about it before – lets overhaul the design of the SEO site and focus on a relaunch. NLID you are too good at you job to cheapen the price, it is what it is, and don’t allow clients to make you feel bad over the price!

I have a mp3 that helped me, happy to send it across to you if you want. It is a hypnosis based, but it is helpful and

Also, don’t feel bad about outsourcing, if you can’t do it yourself, you can’t do it. There is a reason why other people exist! No man is an Island and all that jazz. Also, if you find people to outsource to who are trustworthy – it takes a weight of your mind. As you will slowly drive yourself crazy trying to control every single aspect of your business.
Already hhhonlyfan, Munchki, and me are all lined up to heop!

Whilst I feel bad about outsourcing areas of the job I do, I only feel bad when I hide it from the client. I am now completely transparent to my client with regards to the outsourcing aspects.

The way I look at it, is with each outsourcer I have to pay, I increase the cost by the outsourcers fee (No profit on outsourced fees and I am transparent about that) so I take the same amount of money at the end.
