munchki do you have any effective relaxation/ meditation cd's that might help you through this period. It does take a while to adjust I guess.

Jo, yes I actually have a meditation pack but alas got rid of my cd player at xmas time so no way to play them for now. It really is just a period of adjustment and destressing. I am sure all will be wll, I think what makes it bad today is just that I know I prob overdid it at the weekend and have just been in a lot of physical pain. Best thing for me I think is a good nights sleep and on that note my dearies, I am off to bed xxI am somebody. I am me. I like being me. And I need nobody to make me somebody! Louis L'Amour0

Hey guys how is everyone doing? Sorry Ive not been around just not felt up to it and weve all been rallying round doing what we can for the family of the fire. I believe they will both make a full recovery but will need extensive skin grafts. There are memoriam pages for the 2 little ones and a fund page set up for the survivors on facebook so please take a moment if you go on there to have a look. Anything you can do to help would be greatly received.
