Joey, I started at 16st 9lb and have lost 9 and half so far over four weeks - how much are you hoping to lose? I put tons on when I was pregnant with DS and have never lost it, but I was severely bulimic from 15 onwards and thought I was fat when I was 10 stone so I've never been able to follow a sensible diet for long without getting stressed and either taking it too far or 'punishing myself' by binging. When I was pregnant with DS I basically stopped throwing up but continued to binge and put on 4 stones. I did the Susan Hepburn hypnosis CD for losing weight a couple of months ago, it seems to have taken root and I'm finding myself really enjoying Weightwatchers as I don't seem to need to binge when I'm down any more - seems really weird now I'm thinking about it actually - but I've made a point of eating lots of veg and have been getting the WW yoghurts as they're half a point and also the sweets, they're great :) and the online tracker is great! xx
I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @ss.... and I'm all out of bubblegum.
