Well sorry but as I have never heard of them I wouldn't know if they were a prime card. And that's why I asked if it would be worth applying, seeing as I have been discharged for a while now and had a vanquis card with a fairly decent limit with no problems.

Definitely worth applying for mate!! Go for it...you have nothing to lose!;)

    Sorry to hear that pal.

It will get better eventually....people here have said that after 4 years post bankrupty it is easier to find credit on the whole.

So you have not got long to go...maybe try again in 6 months?

on my flybe mine was 19.9% apr but only got £1000 limit which is a pain, and mine has no defaults, ccj's,never missed payment, they must love you with that £5000 limit so your apr would be 16.9% i would of thought

Thanks yes I will-I'm managing OK at the moment-was just hoping to get a lower interest rate as the vanquis is a bit high. Will try again at the end of the year.

Hopefully matey. I want to build a good relationship with Sygma and help me with the transition it to prime cards. Hopefully Virgin will accept me in the next 10 years :j

LOL. Sygma is a prime credit card mate but perhaps on the lower scale whereas Virgin/Egg/Amex would be among the highest scale i would think.

So have i mate!;) I got 4k limit with Tesco and i am happy with that. Tesco CC data have appeared on Equifax around 2 weeks ago, so it would have picked up by Sygma and gave me a £1k limit. I don't have a high salary, but it is above average. Still i am happy.
