My tip is to get a stash of Kelloggs Nutri-Grain Oat Baked Bars (cherry flavour with cranberries are lovely;) ) and keep some in the office. You could even pop a couple in the car, they're ideal for long journeys.

They'll keep longer than fruit will (best before 06/01/07 on my last purchase;) ) and they help to keep you feeling full for most of the day.

I wait until Asda reduce them in price (to 99p per pack of 6 bars) and then bulk buy.
