Hi All Got off the phone with British Gas yesterday and my blood is still at boiling point.. Long story short on 12th march I put my usual £30 on my gas card got home put it in meter and meter just froze on please wait.. 1 hour later still no good, so rang BG they sent engineer out who said it was card that was faulty…

Absolutely, 100%, yes, get on the phone ask for a manager, make a verbal complaint, then an official one.
