Right thats me up-to-date with everything and going to sit down for a well deserved break.
I agree with everyone else that the 5 a day is fine as most people dont reach that anyway so if they follow this then at least they will be having a well balanced diet

I'd go with 5 a day too. People are indeed used to hearing this and so will cope. Mention 8 to 9 a day and lots of folk will have a minor panic. (My husband would!)

Weezl, I'd be happy to proofread everything for typos and punctuation when all the text changes are finished. If I start before then, it would be like painting the Forth Bridge - I'd have to start again as soon as I'd come to the end iyswim. Just give me a shout.

    Hi everyone!

Just de-lurking to ask whether if would be possible on the 'Planner-month 1-receipes' list to have a little * next to the ones that are safe to freeze? Or perhaps they all are?

I know that the butter and pate will keep for a while in jars.....

This has probably been mentioned before :o

Weezl, sorry, not read your thread (looking for your bread recipe!) but to me, 5 a day in a meal plan should be mainly veggies because I'd choose fruit as a snack or fruit as a desert.

    Does that make sence?
