Jenny, thanks about the pastry, how do they all seem now to you? the pudding and tatin one are wetter and the red pepper drier so he won't be stretchy and elastic like they are.

Also, are you aware of other changes you've suggested that haven't gone live, I'm struggling to remember where I've got to! :o

Thanks for the typo and grammar-type feedback on the new recipes. I hope folk are thinking of testing them at some point, that'd be fab :)

Weezl that looks a lot better. Hopefully i will get round to trying some of these over the next week. The pictures make you want to go and make them all now and its nice to see how a dish should look.

    Sandra/frugal mum of 4

Would it be possible for either of you to ask for some testers of the vegan recipes on the vegan thread?

I'm aware it's a big ask to ask the first month testers to try all these meatless meals, so I wondered if those who are already vegan might participate?

I would do it, but I can't post any links so that'd be unhelpful!

    Frugalmumof4,
did you get my PM reply I sent you? I didn't hear back so wondered if it got gobbled up by internet pixies ;)

  • Hello Weezl and friends,

Apologies for totally failing to help with the vegan plan thus far. Wedding organisation is scary! :wall: However, I'm feeling I've got it more under control so I'm able to help out again (and I'd like to return to real life before I get swallowed by a giant wedding monster). :D

I'm happy to do vegan recipe testing and possibly even help Allegra with the Delia day planning (if she wants it). I shall have a read back through the pages today but let me know which recipes you want testing first.
