Instructions for Onion Tart Tatin say

Rub in Fat, but ingredients say Oil

Heat the oil and sugar in a pan Meanwhile, slice the onions and arrange beautiful slices on the base on a flan dish or, 2 nine inch cake tins or an ovenproof lanagne dish...

Add the onions and cook for around 10 minutes then add the balsamic and give a good stir.

Keep an eye on the pan and cook for another 10 mins, they should go a lovely brown colour, but they will burn easily. When they are reduced down, layer them in the botton of the tin/baking dish and gently press down to form an even layer

I think its unclear whether you put a layer of raw onions in the dish and then cook the rest of them in the pan and then add them to the dish, or cook all of the onions first.

Also no mention when to add the Oregano.

    Hope this makes sense

    Jenny

Weezl - red pepper tart - Ingredients state 110ml milk - This means the recipe is NOT VEGAN! (Unless you are using soya milk?) It is, however, vegetarian...

Shepherdless Pie Method appears to be the Method for the Nut Roast Stuffing.

Ermmmm I'd have to say the 1st batch cooking day list looks really daunting... It is a really big list on day 1! I like the paragraph style one as it seems less scary but a list is something tick off able (so less likely to miss stuff)... Would it be possible to have a paragraph style one with a link to the list (but only for each batch cooking day?)

Indecisive me.... :o :rotfl: Sorry! :o

I think the batch cooking list looks a bit daunting, but I like that there is an 'essentials' list at the bottom.
I would also say, from personal experience, not to necessarily do lots of batches of things that haven't been tried before.
I also found that I did't need to make anywhere near as many snacks as available cause the meals were so filling.

So, I guess I'm saying, that it might be worth making some things as you go....I hope that's some help and obviously just my opinion from my experience :)

See, that's pretty much how I feel, which is why the dratted thing isn't completed yet, cos I keep dithering ! :rotfl: I want a great big meaty list with lots of thing to tick off, but I am scared that this will scare off novice cooks. Or indeed most normal people ;)

What about the Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 type of list ? Or a day-by day breakdown ? For example:

    Day before:
    Bread
    Spreads
    Grate and freeze cheese
    Tuesday:
    Scones
    Onion tarts
    Wednesday
    Biscuits

and so on, with a sentence underneath saying "if you will be short of time during the working week, make as many things as you can the weeken before you start".
