Morning well the sun has finally made it up here but it is not much warmer so no chance of getting burnt. At least i can walk the dog without getting soaked. Then i am going up to see 8 3wk old puppies they are soooooooo cute. I know this is OT but as we are friends i can tell you all about my mundane life.
Looking forward to the pizza tonight think it is one of our favourite meals.
Catch up with you later xx0

I'm sorry I can't find the recipe for this when did we talk about it? when did we talk about it?
 *cheese rinds brain*
It might not be cheese rinds brain, I might of forgot to post about it on here. Anyway I know I posted the recipe on my blog on the 18th March, so its there. So I guess if I did put it on here, it should be on the same day or perhaps the day before. If I didn't, I can cut and paste it into here, no probs. Will have a look back on here when the footballs on later!!
 Found it:

Also, made stuffing today. 150g cubed bread, 2 small onions, dried herbs, lemon juice from bottle and a bit of gravy water for moisture. Gorrrgeous. Put the mix into mini yorkshires tray i have. Cooked for last 20 minutes of my roast, flipped upside down and then 5 more mins just to add crispiness on all sides.
Stuffing info for you, shanks. The bread measurement might be a bit imprecise, because I think I just cubed a couple pieces without weighing them . top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne . top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne
