Morning well the sun has finally made it up here but it is not much warmer so no chance of getting burnt. At least i can walk the dog without getting soaked. Then i am going up to see 8 3wk old puppies they are soooooooo cute. I know this is OT but as we are friends i can tell you all about my mundane life.
Looking forward to the pizza tonight think it is one of our favourite meals.
Catch up with you later xx

well I can definitely give the quantities, but the methods are not tested by me, only by allegra, aless, poohbear et al!

    amounts per person:

    60g chicken
100g onions (for gravy and stuffing)
    80g peas
    125g carrot
250g potato (carrot and potato are for mashing and frying into a bubble and squeak)
    1 lemon
as much bread, crumbed as you like
as much seasonings as you like :)

now off to find methods that allegra posted linkies to... And Aless's stuffing results....

It might not be cheese rinds brain, I might of forgot to post about it on here. Anyway I know I posted the recipe on my blog on the 18th March, so its there. So I guess if I did put it on here, it should be on the same day or perhaps the day before. If I didn't, I can cut and paste it into here, no probs. Will have a look back on here when the footballs on later!!
    Found it:

Also, made stuffing today. 150g cubed bread, 2 small onions, dried herbs, lemon juice from bottle and a bit of gravy water for moisture. Gorrrgeous. Put the mix into mini yorkshires tray i have. Cooked for last 20 minutes of my roast, flipped upside down and then 5 more mins just to add crispiness on all sides.

Stuffing info for you, shanks. The bread measurement might be a bit imprecise, because I think I just cubed a couple pieces without weighing them :o.
