I've done my shredding and some ironing, cleared away a load of junk and made space around the TV for the engineer who is hopefully going to sort out my cable box very soon.

It's lovely and sunny here and the forecast for the next few days is looking pretty good :D

Good point... I'll let you know how I feel after I've finished my walk shall I? I'll find out where you are and what you're doing when I'm done (I will need to go home and wash afterwards, obviously, as I'll be muddy, smelly and disgusting whether we do 8 miles or 14 miles :o

I shall await your text :D

Or you could come and join us on our trek :p:p My training partner is seriously fit - runs/rows/sails/swims/climbs. So I think I'm going to have a challenging day!

I've changed the music (is anyone else incredibly lazy about changing CDs... I swear I've had the same ones in the study CD player for over a year!) and seem to be getting somewhere with the presentation at last... although because I haven't yet taken any exercise today I'm fidgety and hungry. I think I might take an early lunchbreak and go for a walk in the sun soon, then grab some lunch while I'm doing my paperwork afterwards.

All my new sports bras & tops are now in the WM and should be ready to go on the line soon. I can't believe they all fitted... usually mail order stuff is a bit hit and miss...

Today's list is a funny one for me, no children at home any more. I did all the bedrooms on Tuesday, cleaned the computer desk too. Today I've got a load of washing out in the (lovely, warm) sun, I've dusted downstairs and vacuumed right through. My time for myself was watching Supernatural on catchup.

OK, off to start cooking dinner now, will catch up more later. Hope everyone's well today.
