Lots of ironing done, lunch cooked and eaten. Going to try a coffee now instead of tea to see if that will give me some oomph as the kitchen still needs doing.....

I love having to puree cat food cos my moggy has no teeth!

I have an old Braun one which my mum gave me when my DD passed away as she had no use for it. I love it and use it all the time for all sorts of stuff. You can screw off the bottom half and attach it to a chopper thing which is great for many things like soup or chopping salsa etc.

It's nice to be nutty but's more important to be nice

So far I have 1.5 bin bags for the charity shop and a bin bag full of rubbish. I haven't even ventured under the bed - not that I'm planning on doing anyway!

Mine's a Braun and I've had it for years. It doesn't get used every week, but I can't see that it would be a problem. The plastic jug it came with didn't last quite so long, as I kept dropping it on the floor. A friend has one that's endorsed by a celebrity chef (initials AWT) and she hates it.

Still need to locate some leggings as I don't have enough to be able to get from one end of the week to the other without washing them and it'll get worse as travel picks up...

If they don't have to be special ones and you have a Primark nearby, they currently have a big variety of leggings from £5.

    :j:j:jTodays list is done :j:j:j
Sorting through the “box of stuff” spread to the bathroom cupboard so Im sure that’ll be one off the list for another day. Very confused as I found three or four opened bottles of bubble bath. Must be from the old house as we no longer have a bath. Trouble is now I don’t know what to do with them. Freecycle?
Thifty that all sounds horrid. I hope you can avoid a fall out though. I didn’t realise you were pg too? I really must look at the flybaby list-how far are you? And all the talk about passports. I still need to sort DS’, only since we got married he’s been asking if he can have the same surname. Been trying to get hold of ex to discuss a deed poll but he’s not making it easy. Dont want to do passport until thats done.
Thanks Pigpen, knew I could rely on you for some advice. Will keep an eye on them-in case. Ive already moved onto maternity bra’s. No wire and a cup size bigger, but about 2 sizes bigger round the back. I didn’t breastfeed DS and knew I wouldn’t be able to from the start. Also I was seeing my gynae and having scans once a month, so as soon as he noticed leakage he put me on meds to dry them up. This time round, since DH is proper and involved and supportive (unlike ex) I really want to try. This pregnancy has been so different from DS in every way-alot of the time I almost feel like Ive never been pregnant and am experiencing it for the first time. As for stick blenders, I got a braun set when I first came over, it has two jugs with blades for chopping-a whisk attachment and the stick attachment. I think it cost about £40 and Im still using it everyday.
Sexymouse glad to hear youre getting things sorted for teaching. Ugh about your in laws-we had one such person at our wedding. She was supposed to be my maid of honour but when we booked our wedding date I hadn’t checked my birthday calendar and hadn’t realised until too late it was also her birthday. Got her birthday gift (no wedding gift from her and I had to make my invitations and favours on my own). When she got home from wedding she posted on her FB profile “thank you all for your birthday wishes. Not feeling well today but went to support Mr an Mrs Polkadot anyway”.
Smartie just watch that headache and nose, its why Ive been in A & E so much this past month and at least I was okay to have amoxicillin-I cant see that being good for you with all the other stuff. Start steaming now.

Think as its still early and things are coming together (and Im exhausted) I might make a cuppa and sit down and think of what theme I want for this years cookie swap. I know its only April, but if Im going to have a three month old at christmas time I might as well get some of the leg work out of the way now:)

I'm not sure if it's hayfever or bean related but I've been getting an awful headache and nose from about 4am every morning:( And my boobs have felt like they've been leaking for the past week:o
Smartie and Polkadot sorry if its TMI but pregnancy causes increased mucous production...

    Wednesday done!:j:j:j:j:j:j
And have painted - two coats. And put the sofa cover in to wash, DH's grubby paws, grrrr!

Greenbee I want to get head hunted *stamps foot*
