I told you mount washmore was huge! I just spent the majority of that HHC sorting the washing into 3 piles. I've just put a set of bedlinen in the wash, so when it's all nicely washed and dried, I'll strip the bed and change the sheets. The whole landing is covered in washing it's that bad! :o

I'll join you again Jue. Wouldn't want you popping over when you're "down south" at the weekend and thinking that I live in a hovel!

Once I get the washing under control, I can start on the dusting and hoovering. I can't believe how much cat hair we have on the carpets now Ebony is moulting for the summer. I still can't prise him off his blanket yet though, so will leave that for another washload on its own.

    Well off I go again.

The flipping ceiling is going to need another coat.:( I'm sick of painting now. We're just having lunch then we're going in the garden. I'll do the next coat later.

I've put the seat cover on the line and it's still a bit grubby looking. I'm going to see what it looks like when it's back on and if it's bad i'm going to dye it. The shower curtain has a rip in it and didn't come out clean so i'll be buying a new one and using that one as a dust sheet.

Passport form posted (keep your fingers crossed for me - I need it back asap as I have flights to book for work ). Smelly gym kit in the WM :D. New sports bras and gym/running tops have arrived so I need to try on and wash/return as appropriate. Still need to locate some leggings as I don't have enough to be able to get from one end of the week to the other without washing them and it'll get worse as travel picks up...

I'm trying to extract a formal letter from HR stating that my I've passed my probationary period... but they seem to be having trouble sending it. How come they don't think I need that, when they were quick to send a formal letter extending it?

And ironically, I've just had a call from a headhunter... I'm probably better off where I am even though the pay is marginally better (where I am now is much better from a reputation/experience perspective and should increase my earning potential significantly) but it's annoying, as it's a role they started recruiting for last summer and I TOLD them the salary was too low... and now they've finally increased it ... still... I'm writing a nice reply so that they keep me in mind if either they get desparate (I am open to offers if they are silly enough!) or something interesting comes up in a couple of years... no point in alienating them...
