Online Tesco Clothes Glitch - possibly free clothes up to £50-£60!!!

jus on phone at the moment asking if the points have been added on and they havent...Chap is going to phone the clothing dept....

Has anyone beeen told where to go by tesco and not had the points? or have they always been ok?

hi i spoke to tescos this morning as i was still waiting for a 1000 points to be added and they told me there has been a lot of problems with people not getting them as they are added manually and she would make sure they were added on....the number i called was 0800591688 hth:)

Thanks, all good, the chap said there said he spoke to clothing and due to the vouchers being used etc they would not normally allow that much to be used but it was a glitch with thier system so they were going to add them on manually

That was same number i phoned. 750 points to be added in the next week or so.

Does anybody remember if you had to enter your clubcard details when you opened up the account with Clothing at Tesco? I am wondering if this might be the reason we have not had our points because surely Tesco wouldn't want the bad publicity of not honouring their promotions, which is how it looks at the moment. Anyway, I have just logged on and added my clubcard details and then emailed them to ask for the points to be added. Fingers crossed they will resolve the matter quickly.

I've just got my August Clubcard statement and finally got the points from these April purchases - 2250 altogether. I have emailed them twice but never got a response, still actions speak louder than words.

I had an email out of the blue this week this week from Tesco, apologising for not having added some extra points for a wine promotion earlier in the year and saying they would be added to my account - seems they're having a bit of a sort out, but I thought it was good that they emailed me.

I emailed Tesco about the missing points - put it off for ages as I had done 4 orders over 4 email addresses, and I was a bit embarrassed! Anyway, I thought that they couldn't see me blushing over an email lol, so I contacted them about it. Anyway the result is 2250 points added to my account. :beer: So cheap trip to Alton Towers - free tickets with my clubcard vouchers, and 2 nights in a Travelodge for £9 per night. Bargain!

I had all my points added too

They were added quite a while ago, after i rang them to see what was happening, I heard nothing about it, but there they were.

Tesco piad me to take their clothes away.
