Do you have the email address? I have checked the website, but they only provide an email address for queries on rewards partners.

    Thanks

I was pretty sure I didn't receive all the points from the clothing offer in my May statement, however when I checked my receipt yesterday there seems to already be 500 points on it for the next period, so it looks like they've credited some after the statements have been printed. Maybe worth checking again. I bought a few CDs on the 500 point offer too so it could be one of those I guess, but they were added a while ago.
  • Thanks Sinw - don't know how I missed it before!

Not sure whether I have the points or not for the clothing, BUT I only ordered what I really thought we would like/wear and when it came, all of it was good, so given it was half price anyway, I suspect this is one I will let rest (on my order it only show 58 points - i spent £26 as it was mainly half price. I don't seem to have as many points for May as I would have thought (I did a few phone runs, and a few CD runs) but hey ho. I've got the same attitide on the phones really - £14.95 with £10 credit included was a reasonable deal - when the kids damage them (as they do) there is still 50 points to be had. I also entered into the tesco direct gardening extra points run, and that shows on the recipt as 550 points for a £20 green house (the sort you can buy for £14.99 from poundstretcher). I do wish there was more granularity on the tesco points website though, so you can see what you get when. Again, I wanted the greenhouse and it is doing wonderfully, so no complaints.

Glad others have posted though, because it stops me buying stuff I don't really need on the promise of points !! Sal xxx
