I returned £12 worth yesterday without the receipt and swapped for other clothes no problem.
I don't mind if we don't get the points - I wanted everything I ordered, so to get it at roughly half price was great52% tight0 -

£2 handling charge, and obviously you have to pay for postage.
I'd return them to a store if I were you.0 -

Yes I too was wondering that.
I can obtain my clubcard balance online, but I can't find where I can get a breakdown of those points so I can cross check individual orders / purchases with points that have been earnt.
Thanks in advance if someone can point me in the right direction...0 -
You dont get a breakdown of ponts online only a running balance, you WIll only get a breakdown of costs when you recieve your clubcard statement.
Its a good idea to mark down any points expected in a diary or on a sreadsheet to keep track of them, that way you can argue with them when they dont materialise.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

I took a jacket back today to the store. The assistant said that I had brought the wrong dispatch note as the jacket was showing on the till at £60!! I couldn't lie and explained that the jacket was reduced to £15 and discounted to £8.33.
I received my refund of £8.33, but my 1000 points are in tact!
I received my two clothing orders and was really pleased with the items I had ordered, except one item of girl's clothing which was too big. I planned on taking it back to get a smaller size, but typically I forgot to take it with me when I went.
When I was instore I saw the rail of identical dresses but as there was only 1 in my daughter's size I bought it, so in effect I had two of the same item, just in different sizes.
I then brought back the larger dress I had bought online using the receipt for the one I bought instore. Straightforward swop, or so I thought!
Since buying the dress in store the price had gone UP from an introductory £8 to £14. The CS assistant wouldn't believe me that I had paid only £8 as the price tag on the dress said £14, and I think she thought I was trying to pull a fast one. She insisted that I had brought the wrong receipt and that without it she could only offer an exchange. I gave up arguing, but needless to say I went back into clothing and chose items totalling £14 to exchange for my £8 purchase!
By the way has anyone received their points yet? My clubcard balance has jumped up, but obviously can't be 100% sure that is why - like think so though!0 -
