Online Tesco Clothes Glitch - possibly free clothes up to £50-£60!!!

im a liitle cheesed of with hermes ATM.

For the last 4 working days my parcel has been out for delivery for nothing to arrive for me to check online to see it saying delivery attempted, but no card and no one has even attempted to deliver as i am in all day as i work from home.

Rang tesco yesterday to be told they would call me back within the hour, no callback, rang this morning, to see what was happening, again told someone would call me back before 2. No one did so i called back at 4.30 to be told that if i checked the online tracking my parcel was out for delivery and i should just be patient and wait as it will be with me today, guess what, its not.

I had 2 other orders all delivered fine last wednesday, so the courier knows where i live and they have my number if they need to call me.

I also hate the fact that the courier is lying saying they have tried to deliver, when i know for a fact that they havent.

Shame on you tesco, my 2 speedily delivered orders made me feel i would definately order again and again, but now that my 3rd parcel is missing in action, and the fact that tesco CS are useless has made me loose all confidence in the service.

Am new to all this money saving lark, but must thank the op for this glitch. I saw it and managed to get my order in and couln't quite believe when it worked. everything has arrived and is great. Thank you very much, I've saved a fortune and am now addicted!

i just had 2 things to return
i didnt mention the invoice and the cs scanned both for price
1 was price on ticket one was reduced price so i just exchanged for something else in clothes range no probs

i recieved my order everything was great apart from 1 pair of jeans i think i will return these through the post is there any charge and how long do u have to return an item?

Hi all just thought this might be of interest when you decide wether to return things to shops without a receipt. Wouldnt want any newbies getting themselves in hot water because they thought they would try doing something they saw on this site.

I haven't had mine!! I don't think I'm going to get them either as DH ordered something the other day from tesco direct and the points for that order have been added already!!

Yep i returned a pair of jeans that were too small for me, they were an online exclusive pair but i checked at CS if i could return them so she scanned them and i got to exchange them for other items to the same or more value.
