    I had been looking at swimwear online but wasnt sure what size would be best so i went to try it on today and i found a tankini halterneck top and bottoms reduced to half price instore (only 20% off same items online) and was so pleased.

    "Courier Received" doesn't mean delievered does it? Both my orders have stayed like this for two days and I haven't had either of them :S

    I havent recieved my parcel yet where do u trace to see where it is? im also waiting for my £104 Mattress recently off here the van turned up yesterday got everything ready and then they found out it wasnt on the lorry !!

    Well I received my orders and two items did not fit, so I took them back to my local Tesco Home today without my invoice, saying I had them as presents but had no receipts the cashier was fine she said just pick some other items so this is what I done
    Took back a cardigan that I paid £6.94 (tag was for £14)
    Leggings I paid £5.57 for (tag was for £12)
    They both scanned at the £14 and £12 price so she said you can have something for £26.00 !!!!

    I also last week took advantage of the 500 points on cds,dvds.
    Bought a CD and a DVD and the extra points were added onto my card however when I got home the DVD I bought for £9.97 is actually only £6.99 on Amazon so I thought I am not paying £9.97 so decided to take that back too today.
    As I had a receipt she said I could have a refund - there was no mention of taking off the 500 points, so I kept them.
    When I went to the til with all my other goodies as some were not marked in the sale yet went through the til as sale - I had only spent £24 so she credited my debit card with £11.97 being the refund of the DVD and £2 that I had not spent on the clothes. Needlesss to say I was well chuffed. So if you have to take anything back you may be better not taking the invoice and saying you had them as gifts :)

    i ordered last sat and sunday have you gone into your account and tracked your parcels on the hermes site ?

    i got a trackin number but i didnt know who would be delivering them just been on there website and it says they dont reconise your trackin number

    when you go into your order and on the right hand side it says the tracking number you just click on it and it will take you straight to hermes site with the tracking says where your parcel is

    they said they left a card here as noone was in thats wrong daughter is all day waiting for my mattress off tesco to arrive which didnt well the van turned up without the mattress on it lol
