Online Tesco Clothes Glitch - possibly free clothes up to £50-£60!!!

If you take your items/s back to store with the invoice you will recieve a full cash refund for the amount that you paid which is started on the invoice as this is the discounted price which includes the codes you used to recieve that price.


If you take them back to store without the invoice you will be able to exchange them for the price on the tag. Ie you paid £6 for a top online after discounts but the tag says £10 you can exchange it for something worth £10. Tesco wont refund without a receipt (you could have stole it, thats what proffesional shop lifters used to do) but they will put it on a gift card for your to use at a later date.

My mum bought some clothes for my step niece on saturday when she got home 1 item still had a security tag on it, my mum took it back but had already thrown the receipt away and the store wont remove it until she provides a recepit. So she is now stuck with a dress that no-one can wear.

With regards to discounts and postage etc, i have never been charged when i have returned half an order ie toys etc. Im sure its a legallyity where they cant take extra money without you authorising it first. So if you have to send some of your clothes back you'll be fine you'll only get refunded the discounted amount on the invoice though.

My order arrived this morning as well a suit jacket and trousers for dp a shirt for dp 2 dresses for me and a dress for my mum one of the dresses for me and mum are very very very small sizing so think will have to take them back im a size 16 and i ordered the 18 and a 20 for mum and they are more like a 12 and 14 lol. Hopefully wont have any problems returning them and exchanging, is it best to do without the invoice as im worried about losing the points

My Hermes status hasnt updated in 2 days

All my items arrived today. Am really disappointed with them. All items are size 10 and most appear much larger than that except for the faux leather jacket which ilove but is a very small 10!!! Do you think i will be able to do a straight swap instore?

same here! it says received at hub which roughly translates to its at the depot, we're just waiting for your local hermes delivery person to pick it up and deliver it to you. its so annoying as i had a despatch message on the same day that i ordered! i personally havent had much luck with hermes, things are usually sat round at a depot for a week and one time, my box of thorntons sale goodies was damaged so badly that hermes themselves sent it back to thorntons and i missed out on my order as they were clearance items!
things do turn up eventually though, i'm just glad i'm not in a rush for any of my order!

Has anyone received the Mischa Barton bag (with the puple/blue design on the front) and let me know how big it is?? I love oversized slouch bags, so I'm hoping it's quite big... I can't wait!! lol

Is that the grey one by any chance?

Mine is VERY slim and the other jacket is massive

My trousers that are HUGE are nearly 1.5 times larger than simmilar style/material ones I ordered. This to me is a fault? I've lost some weight, but this is down to their own sizes differing greatly. They so no exchanges, return and re-order, but Iam going to call them tommorow as my friend who is at least a dress size bigger could not keep them up lol

It is the black biker style one (now showing on the site as £20 not in the sale Tempted to buy it in a 12 anyway as love it though. Other stuff is ridiculously large as you state so may follow your lead and try for a free exchange too
