Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you OP.
My two orders have arrived and that all fit like a glove.
I'm loving my thigh high leather boots so much that I'm thinking of sleeping in
    them.
    I paid £26 instead of £50!!
Ignoring my b/f who failed to share my effusiveness saying they look like one of 50 pair of boots I own.
    No they don't!!!
Third time lucky on WW I hope :j

  • I was intending to place another order.... but the three £5 codes, and the 250 points code have all expired :(

Could still get £10 off a £30 spend, and 1000 bonus points...... i'm currently umming & arring as to whether it's worth it.

£30 woth of clothes for £20 plus 1000 pts (£40 in rewards) makes you £20 up and a nice stash of new clothes up.

or do 2 orders on different account (set up a new email account - i have 4, and all orders get delivered to the same address and i pay with the same card) You can link all you clubcards together after they arrive, i have 2 in my name different ways of spelling it and the same for my DF.

That way you'd get £60 worth of clothes for £40 spend and 2000 points (£80 in rewards) making you £40 up with an even bigger stash of new clothes.

Only worth it really if you are saving up the points for days out or meal at bella italia etc.

These glitches dont happen offen and its not often you can get so many points for such a little spend.

It turns out only one of the 500 points codes (CC-WRTHKU) works for a £30 spend, the other requires a £50 spend.
Also the £10 off a £30 spend code (XX-SCAW3) requires more than a £30 spend
    :edit:
and, as soon as the £10 is deducted from the total bringing it below £30 the CC-WRTHKU code becomes invalid.

Put the points codes in before the money off codes. Then you should still get to keep your points.

    That's what I did.
Entering the money off code invalidates the previously entered points code.

i must admit i was impressed with the clothes but i accidently ordered my partner some nike t shirts which were age 12-13 so i dont know what to do as i ordered quite a few, i guess it would be risky to return....????

if they were cheap, ebay them?

Hermes couriers deliver up to 8pm, hope you've received your items.

same here! it says received at hub which roughly translates to its at the depot, we're just waiting for your local hermes delivery person to pick it up and deliver it to you. its so annoying as i had a despatch message on the same day that i ordered! i personally havent had much luck with hermes, things are usually sat round at a depot for a week:eek: and one time, my box of thorntons sale goodies was damaged so badly that hermes themselves sent it back to thorntons and i missed out on my order as they were clearance items!
thingss do turn up eventually though, i'm just glad i'm not in a rush for any of my order!
Complain that must have been lost in the main depot, things can't sit around for a week in local depots. They have to be picked up on the day by the courier and scanned. Only once as a courier, I had a box of chocs for 3 days, no one was home and they didn't contact to arrange redelivery, I had to send them back.

The Hub is the main depot,(not our local depots) it translates to transportation to local depots were couriers are waiting and happy to deliver to customers, when received..

Hope everyone gets their Tesco's order, I delivered 20 today, wanted to ask them if they were MSE'ers:)

Just looked at the Hermes sight and it says that they tried to deliver 2 of my parcels yesterday! Cheeky blighters have lied! I was in all afternoon yesterday and no one tried to deliver anything. Just rang Tesco and they also looked and it says they left a card - well it must be invisible as I did not saee it. The lady said she would try and sort it all out and get back to me at 1:00pm. Not impressed by Hermes at all - lying about delivery! I really hope I get my delivery.

    RETURNS:

If you take your items/s back to store with the invoice you will recieve a full cash refund for the amount that you paid which is started on the invoice as this is the discounted price which includes the codes you used to recieve that price.

If you take them back to store without the invoice you will be able to exchange them for the price on the tag. Ie you paid £6 for a top online after discounts but the tag says £10 you can exchange it for something worth £10. Tesco wont refund without a receipt (you could have stole it, thats what proffesional shop lifters used to do) but they will put it on a gift card for your to use at a later date.
    .

Something to be aware of though - they refund it at the lowest selling price - I took some items that didn't fit back yesterday, and said that I didn't have my receipt. Some of the items scanned at the price on the tag - but some didn't. One pair of jeans that were £20 on the tag (and on the site) only scanned as £10. The same happened with a couple of tops as well. Altogether, the label price was £51, but it only ended up as £35. Wasn't too much of a problem, as I had got them cheap anyway - but just be aware that you might not get the full label value.
