Firewalker, just wanted to say that I have been a lurker on your thread, and I have to say it is excellent I have not much to say other than that, but would like to know re the law of attraction (which i am practising to good effect) do you practice each day for your buses! or do you just let the thought go?

Hi Alisara, the buses is a very strange one - it needed only once. Interestingly other things take much longer. My feeling is that the law of attraction and visualisation and related but not identical.

Thinking about the buses - I did wish for a particular company bus only once, visualised where it is relative to me once but have never ever doubted that the bus will come. it might be the presence or lack of doubt that is different.

And please keep posting - it is nice to hear from people.

I agree it is something to do with doubt, if you cant see it or believe it, it aint going to happen - for me though it has made me much more positive a soul, for instance I have just lost my job - I actually wished for this in a roundabout way, won't go into details about why but regarding the law of attraction I am seeing opportunity everywhere things that I can and will do to improve life which I have absolutely no doubt of happening.

What a thread - just read the first few pages then skipped to the last. You write amazingly - would love to read a book written by you!

Your questions made me think - and this sounds so awful -I don't think I can even come up with 5 things for each question Needs some work on me I guess.

and thanks for reading. As to not being able to come up with five things - of course you can! You just might need to forget the following:

1) that it is scary;
2) that it is important;
3) that you need to think hard about it.

If you manage this, many more than five things will flood your mind for each of the questions. Can't wait to hear what came out!

Finally caught up. I am really taken by your 5 questions. So much so that I have copied it to a word document and will have a really long think about this. I have also decided that I will ask my close friends and family what they think is my talent. I think it will be interesting to see how other people perceive me.
Thanks as always for making me think. I also agree that you should write a column. Now that would combine your talents of reading/analysis/ research (for the piece) people watching (part of the research for the piece) and obviously writing. Then you could also write a book on the subject that takes your fancy. I would buy it.
