Send for the free seeds instead on the bbc website under gardening0 -
Buuuut if you have (an unlimited or relatively high download amount) broadband, it is going to be added to iPlayer soon, as that's the medium I plan to watch it through, as my chances of getting at the tv seeing as it's also used as the Mr's monitor for the pc, are very slim!
Also, the Edible Gardener made me chuckle. Mental image of chewing on Alys' arm as she tries to flee... :POn the up

The only repeat showing on the BBC site is on BBC HD in 2 days, and it appears that till then they're not adding it to iPlayer?! Which is incredibly annoying! Surely they should add the standard version after the standard version has aired, and add HD content after it too has aired? Regardless, I'll watch it when it's added. On the up

I wish someone would make a series about wildlife gardening too, that's my real passion!
Get yourself a camcorder and put it up on youtube. :T0 -
I watched this and was quite amazed at how much stuff she grew in her back garden. Chickens are a nice idea but I would have a bigger coop and would get ex battery hens. She managed to combine a good selection of veggies with a colourful display of flowers and shrubs. Makes me want to grow some flowers on allotment.0

When she brought the chickens in she said they cost £15 each, i thought you could get ex battery ones for next to nothing.
I enjoyed the programme though, nice idea making pea c0cktailsLiverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,

I just watched it on iplayer, i don't think it was quite what i was expecting...what i mean is it didn't teach...she just said 'here's some i grew earlier' kind of thing and then we rapidly went through the months and she was eating the fruits (or veggies) of her labour. I did think it would be more tutorial and this might have been more beneficial for newbies.Grocery Challenge for October: £135/£200
