how to tell if viewer interested in buying??

    it could be that we were lucky and weren't under any pressure from ea, even when viewing, they weren't trying to make any house sound better than it was.

    or it could be the famous manx Traa dy Liooar - it means 'time enough' and represents the laid back attitude on the island.

    If I felt I was being interrogated - I would be unlikely to deal with that agency. I would feel uncomfortable and pressured. But then I have walked away from an EA when they wanted my date of birth just to register to see details of houses! They were the only agency in the area that wanted this information, I said it was irrelevant, they continued to push and I walked out. We're moving later this month into a property bought via a different agent!
