Then they earn 37000 pounds between them, and a month later he earns 50,000 and now they both earn 70000.
come on the blokes full of !!!!!! and he and all of us know it.
Check the Saving for deposit thread. We have been squirrelling an average of 3300 for about the last 12 months. I never said my salary was 35K, its more than that... . Joint salary of 73K after recent (post april pay rises).
The change of deposit is down to the fact I wasnt expecting us to have to go above 1% stamp duty. You do understand the deposit % depends on the purchase price or do you want me to go through the sums with you thicko?0 -
I think some people generally need to get out more
Think we will all have bigger fish to fry in the not too distant future than some of the silly petty squabbles on here
....And yes the irony of me replying to such a post is not lost on me0 -

I hope you have filled your mortgage application in correctly? mind you that might be hard you do like to bend the truth slightly dont you?;)
I dont know how you can come on here and try and save face after you have lied blatantly in the past and i have seen it with my own eyes, go and tell someone else your lies i aint interested.0 -
Yeah, full of !!!!!!.
But on a more serious note, since Hamish posted this rather pathetic thread, I think the problem that I have with this way of thinking is not really about WHETHER OR NOT house prices go up, because I have a view on that but I don't really that strong a feel for it although I sense that there is a double dip happening and am sceptical of the existing data.
What it's really about is whether or not you think it is a "GOOD" thing for house prices to go up. Nobody that I know, regardless of how much property they own or how rich they are, thinks it's a good thing. Do you Hamish? I think you either really do, in which case you are stupid, or you don't and just say you do to wind people up, which is pretty sad.0 -

As soon as we complete, the proof will follow....0 -
new_home_owner wrote: »you then posted on the 16/03/2009, if you had 30% then, why have you only still got 30 % now a year later, when you have been saving for a year?

You do realise that if you have a 30% deposit in 2007, and then save a load more, you still have a 30% deposit.
Think about it, before you make any more silly posts
If the bank manager asked me "do you have a 20% deposit sir" I would say yes. My deposit however, may actually be 80%.0 -
All incorrect. To be proved as soon as we complete.
WE WERE SAVING 35K A YEAR! Our joint GROSS salary is 73K! :rotfl::rotfl:
QUOTE]
So when you done your spread sheet your total income that you and the wife had was 37500 and you spent 558 pound a month expenses
this would mean you could only save 30,804 at the most and i have to question some of the amounts for your expenses
Im not going to argue about whether you are lying, ill let other people decide what they think but i know you are a liar.0 -
new_home_owner wrote: »Oh and then there this one on the same day 16/03/2009 which really makes me laugh he had a 15000 pound rise in a month.
I think thats enough said hes a blatant liar, the one thing is if you are going to be a good liar, you need to have a good memory and mbga9pgf hasnt, i bet he aint even got a missus.
good luck walter mitty
Good grief, you are absolutely cr&p at this.
JOINT income of 73k. HIS income near 50k.
He has not pretended he earns 73k. He said joint. Therefore, your 15k pay rise is utter nonsense, hence why you are so bad at doing what you are doing right now.
And these figures relate perfectly to the SOA you posted up too.0
