Hes done that himself, no need for me to discredit him, but thanks for your concern.

So you keep saying - its the internet - people lie and trash talk others that they wouldn't normally if they had to look someone in the eye when they "talk". No idea (nor care) if that's the case here

Take a walk in the sun and move on! As you say karma has a way of getting back at those who deserve it so nothing for you to worry about

    PS you're welcome :)

Look, why don't you just hold your hands up and say "I got it wrong".

Houses are affordable and you've just proved it by buying one of your very own.

The old downsizing always worked before rampant HPI, as did having the next generation move in with you (which was just as prevalent for the middle classes as it was for the working classes).

That reminds me a good few years I used to know this girl that was a lodger at some big smart place in Hale (probably somewhere near Dopester) It just didn't seem right that someone with a house like that needed to take in lodgers icon7.gif

what house price crash.....the one above:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

when i am in my new house not worrying about a mortgage..i will think about you at work..
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.
