You also used to get 10 sweets in a 10p mix and 20 sweets in a 20p mix. Now you'd need about a quid! I do love how loads of sweet shops have popped up all over selling the sweets I used to love but don't seem to be able to get anywhere anymore. Don't see any newsagents round here with the big tubs of sweets behind the counter and the good old scales, I'm only 26 they can't have done away with that already, it's just wrong!

Not like the hundreds of channels of dribble, adverts and repeats we channel hop through nowadays.

I also cant believe how expensive somethings are...Polos nearly 50p...I still remember them being about 10p..ditto chewing gum used to be about 20p

I remember Knightmare being the first tv introduction to CGI.

I remember before Citv we had "Watchit", when Boomer (the dog) used to be a regular feature.

I'm moving house and you can tell how long it's been since I've bought carpet or paid removals, just those has cost just over £1000, both i need as i am disabled and need the carpets and help moving.

And the new light bulbs in the new house BC3 £7 per bulb, they better last a very long time.

The corona van that you kept the bottles for your pocket money the following week. Soda stream killed that off.
we used to have a man and van come round a few times a week, we called him oooooeee (don't ask) and you got your sweets from him too.
