If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

it's measured with the yoghurt pot so u don't need scales haha!!
    u need:

1 yoghurt like muller light, any flavour (to go with the fruit u use eg blackcherry with cherries or narna with chopped narna)
    1 1/2 pots sugar
    3 SR flour
    1 oil
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 fruit

Yes, good luck, look forward to seeing the results. I know you can do this!:D:T

( still expecting the odd comic moment though!;) ) Hope your oven has a glass panel. Don't open the door or start testing until the cakes look cooked! (sponge will have started to shrink away from the sides of the tin slightly )
Sure the better teachers will be guiding you tomorrow. Just hope I've got the time to monitor!!

Glass panel, yes. No oven light though, so might be a bit tricky seeing what's going on.
