Although surely the point of the transaction is to get a receipt? In which case perhaps the assignment is for those who are already customers?

It's for non-customers and customers and yea, it is a Gfk assignment lol

Got 5 shops tomorrow in two different towns so I'm trying to get organised.

Lol, you might not be the only one! Had a 20 odd min wait to be served for my fast food joint today!

Twenty minutes!! That has to be some sort of record. Obviously you had to wait, but why on earth did everyone else? I'd have given up and found of the the other numerous fast food places. I wonder how much petrol we waste sitting in pointless drivethru queues every month? I suppose you'd have to find out your engine idle consumption or something like that to work it out. Although any little thing to help pay less tax ;)

Sounds like Gap are going to be sacking lots of people this week. They tend to do that when you give a bad report, rather than give a bad report to the client! I know it's not fair, and it stinks, but that is the way they work, and that is why I accidentally on purpose said I was vegetarian last time the periodical screening questions came up, so I don't have to do them any more!

Looks like no more MS'ing for me for a while :(

Got admitted to hospital yesterday and had my appendix out last night - am home now but no driving for a week. Never got round to doing all my egg shops and will have to cancel 6 jobs this week - 4 with Gap.

I hope you are feeling better soon - take care of yourself!

Before you can enter the report you have to have previewed the questionnaire and clicked the "confirm" button at the bottom of the preview. Once you do that, you have access to a "complete report" button on the visits page.

Thanks for that, but I think I've already done that as I printed out the questionnaire prior to the visit.. but I'll go back in and have a look.. Thank you for taking the time to reply. x

If you have no luck give the office a ring tomorrow morning - they're pretty helpful on the phone and should probably be able to fix it.
