How did the drive thru at the burger joint know it was me?!?!?

Bloke taking order on handheld machine thingy runs up to counter and says "No, it's the one behind!". (meaning me). Runs back to me and says - I'll take your money now if you like and give you your change to make it quicker for you".

Go to window to receive my order and its "I'll just get your receipt, you'll need that".

Have any other Gap users in the SW noticed that Gap have apparently deleted the 'Bath' location from Job Search?! I knew they were a bit rubbish, but to go deleting swathes of the West Country seems a bit beyond even them! I guess I won't be picking up many assignments this month then! And unlike the old system, where you could search by client, there doesn't seem to be a way round it...

Could just be that the jobs from that area have been snapped up already, one of my local regions regularly disappears for that reason.

Ah.....good point - thanks! Didn't think of the obvious reason!! They've also stopped me shopping one outlet of the burger chain for some reason - I can only assume that I got recognised. Still, the levels of service are getting ridiculous; as soon as you ask for a receipt they know - I had a guy mopping round my feet AS I was peeing the other day...!

Looks like no more MS'ing for me for a while

Got admitted to hospital yesterday and had my appendix out last night - am home now but no driving for a week. Never got round to doing all my egg shops and will have to cancel 6 jobs this week - 4 with Gap.

Ouch! Hopefully as you have a completely unquestionable reason Gap will be reasonable- fingers crossed for you, with them and your health.
