I have received an e-mail from a 'bird's name' consultancy, based in Shropshire, offering me the 'chance' to join up as a mystery shopper.
Following the link to the sign up form brings you to what they classify as a 'test': doing a mystery shop on a jewellers, and submitting it. Only when you have done the visit, and submitted the report, do they decide if you have 'passed'.
Now, I may just be naturally cynical, but is this company basically angling for people who will do free mystery shops for them? I do not see any mention of payment for doing the mystery shop.
Anyone with the ternerity to respond, it would be appreciated!:)
I wouldnt bother with them I did one job and then due to an entirely different reason I was no longer needed so them and GAP are the worst IMHO:(0 -

If anyone did the pet store online jobs for RE last week, and still has access to the briefing notes, could they please PM me??
I'm in a bit of an argument with them about it ...............We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Thanks for the positive vibes everyone, I think the interview went well. I know I'm not going to get the job though. It's internally within my dept and my manager has already told me that someone else will get it. Still, I gave it my all, a few nods and "excellents". One horrible question from my manager basically just picking on the negatives of my first ever job in the company where I was *ahem* asked to leave the job.0

I've been in that position where I've gone for a job but I know that it's just a formality the department has to go through because they already know who they're going to appoint. Just try to think of it as interview experience.Flymarkeeteer: £168 and counting0
