Thanks. I only live in a town, but we've got 3 of them within the space of a mile and at one point last year I ended up with a sort of accidental rotation so i'd end up seeing one of them a month. I havn't seen any since last year so was thinking it was unusual.

Pennies must have got them all tho ;)

I didn't think that was possible as they ask you how much you spent and only reimburse you that much.

Unless you mean one of the few jobs that the reimbursement actually covers what you are asked to buy!

I just claim the full amount and they accept it, no questions asked, no receipt needed for proof

No it's not. It wont look bad. There is actually a question on the questionnaire says "type in 00000000" or some such for a hand written receipt. I have received hand-written receipts before which weren't questioned. Just put in the comment box at the end an explanation as to why you received a hand-written receipt. Also make sure you scan a copy of it to send to them at the end of the report.

Honestly, it looked like I'd written it myself lol it was written on a scrap of paper. I claim quite a few expenses back through my company and if that had been the receipt that I sent in, I wouldn't have got it refunded. It's got no date on it, no receipt number, written in red pen.

While we're on the subject of RE pubs, has anyone seen a "List A - List B" one recently? I havn't seen any for months and was wondering if they lost the contract?
Yes, doing one Sunday - nice Sunday lunch that I don't have to cook, LOL!!!

There is a reimbursement and a small fee.
