You must get slightly different egg jobs then, all of mine said they should be done on Saturday 1st May?

Good morning, off to the day job but not before I ask yet another question!

How can I tell whether the assignments have been passed for payment from Gap?

I have looked on the website but can not find out this information.

    Many thanks
they dont tell you! unless you get a query then assume all is good and you will be paid :)

Exactly, cgirl!! Out of the horse's mouth (well, a Gap allocator, actually) last week: "No news is good news."

I had made a real mess of two assignments (and had emailed Gap straight away). I asked the allocator if he knew whether or not Gap had sorted out the mess. He added that if I hadn't heard anything at all and they were still showing in my assignments three weeks later (without having been rejected/cancelled) everything must be fine.:)

There was a discussion on here a while back about the best phones for MS alerts but I can't find it now. Was a conclusion reached? Gonna buy me a new phone (through Quidco, of course!) and I need some pointers!!
    Thanks folks

I'm a reasonably new shopper - and i've signed up to the alerts thread. There seems to be some saying RE has jobs yet I never see them. I check very often and straight after every alert but never anything. I've got a fairly good score from the few i've done..

Do they put out regional shops at one time or a whole client?!

I've been wondering about this too. I signed up with RE last Wednesday and have not yet seen a single job on there, despite checking every time an alert comes up and quite often in between!

Well that looks promising. No Paypal payment yet, but hopefully that means it's on it's way.

Anything that allows "PUSH" email alerts, and a data allowance that wont eat up uour bill/credit.

Something like the iPhone, blackberry, etc

I use the iPhone on o2, which comes with all the minutes and texts I need, free internet so I can get email alerts and log onto MS sites to accept jobs whilst on the road and also, when I am doing burger jobs for Gap for example,. the client has free wi-fi internet for o2 iPhone users.

Mine have to be done between the 5th and 8th, but preferably on the 8th.

if you have not done a job yet youwill be probationary and you will only be able to accept one job at a time. i think it is a pub job you need to do so prob wont see any jobs until there is a pub job in your area you can do.

they upload the jobs in batches it appears, and not very logical either! sometimes i see them when its on altert thread and other times i dont see them for hours or even days after! i have really random areas on mine as i do shops by my parents if i visit them 100 miles away. i see jobs for the different areas appear on different days!
