Hi, I have a quiet day today as I am not at work but OH is. Having done most of my housework I thought I would make a start on my accounts. I wanted to use the spreadsheet that a lot of you use but when I click on the link on the first page of this thread it brings up something called "Rapid Share"! Is this right?

I don't know if I am being thick but I cannot see a spreadsheet.

Sorry for asking another question but I would be grateful for any help.

did a tns diy store today. Easy visit but the report took forever. got 1 for tomorrow but then i wont be doing them again as the fee is just not worth it

Re Helion payments
I've only done a couple of jobs and they didn't cost me anything so I'm not too stressed about it. I was made redundant earlier this year and now work as a freelance consultant - sometimes I get paid early, which is lovely , but often I am paid beyond my requested 30 days. Swings and roundabouts. Whilst I understand that it's frustrating for people not to receive their payments when they hope to, we are freelancers and payment date will never be guaranteed in the way it is when you are a permanent PAYE employee. Anyway, let's hope Max doesn't let us down and it all gets sorted.......:)

Just done a burger job. Got served really quickly even though it was busy but when the girl said do you want a receipt? and I said yes. She had to get the manager because they had run out of till roll so I've got a handwritten receipt which doesnt have a receipt number or anything. I deliberately pay with a card so I would get a receipt. I don't know what to do now. I know my bank statement will show that I went there. It's not my fault they had run out of till roll. This is my first job for that company so it's going to look bad.

Most of the MS companies have this type of wording in the small print when signing up so not really any different than other companies - naturally we don't mention any MS company clients anyway.... however when we say "The Company that cannot be named" everyone knows who it is so mentioning by default :rotfl::rotfl: perhaps they are particularly sensitive because some of their jobs - crisps (say no more) involve the MS'er acting like a stalker in the aisles and there have been some stories on here of shoppers being kicked out of the shops for doing this - why do they offer jobs that put the shopper in such a position? Doesn't sound very professional to me:D:D and lots of shoppers come on here and say they have 4 crisps to do and 4 banks and 5 food and that really could not be taken the wrong way?

Can anyone help me. I have had an email from GAP saying that I can no longer complete burger assignments. Would this be because I have done too many in my area? Or could it be because I gave a negative report on my last assignment. Sorry if this has been asked already but I am new to the forum. Thanks

I think generally its pretty good and people are really helpful - can see both points of view (or trying to!) of the latest debate

A particular company hate their name being mentioned or their jobs - so people get pretty heated if someone asks anything about this company

However - all companies have confidentiality agreements just like the unnamed company do

Therefore if we don't mention the individual clients for ALL companies can see why some people think that should be enough

Some of the other threads have major problems but debate is good if nobody gets personal and only expresses an opinion:);):cool:


Just edited since I have re-read their clause posted earlier and notice its only the clients that you should not name it doesn't state anywhere in the quoted clause that you cannot use the MS company name only the client(s) name and/or location -

I am not sure why this is - did you do the recent retest - the practice test and pass?

They don't give out their telephone number but you can email them - mark it high priority and ask why

it should be fine, when you go to fill in the report it tells you what to enter for a handwritten receipt and there is a comments box for the receipt so i would just write in their what happened

Almost certainly the store objected to your negative report, looked on the CCTV and told Gap they had spotted you as a mystery shopper. Happened to me and my DH. Also happened on petrol jobs and stamp shops so its too much of a coincidence. Gap won't give you a reason though even if you ask them.
