I have a TNS supermarket job next month and have been reading my notes. I have certain counters I should be checking staff at, but the questionnaire is asking me to check just about everything else in the shop, queue at the cafe, go to photo desk, stop at the garage and buy a chocolate bar; the list goes on and on, this is in addition to the things on my shopping list.
I presume I do everything on the questionnaire even if it is not high lighted as my main areas, is this right?

I have one of these next month too and when I looked at what needs to be checked I could not believe it! All that and not for much money! I won't cancel though cos I have only just started mystery shopping and don't want to get a bad name.

Buying a choccy bar at the petrol station is going to look odd for me as I do not drive so I am sure they will wonder why I am going in there to buy that!

Also did you notice there are 147 questions to answer!!

    Good evening,

I can assure you all that you will be paid, please have some faith. March was our first payrun so please understand that some small teething issues can happen. We understand that you are worried and that is why the Helion Managing Partner emailed you.

I have emailed some people their pay statements, but you will all be able to view these when you get paid.

Most MS companies work with outsourced systems or have spent many years developing their own. We are doing this and seing that we started in August we are doing well and we always listen to feedback.

    Thank you for understanding

According to the Helion Research website, they operate in 90+ countries worldwide, and they have been saying this for months. How come their first pay run is only in March 2010?

I'm knackered. Did 11 egg jobs today and have just finished the questionnaires. My head's spinning. That's the second time I've done a load in the one day. By the end of it I have no idea of which shop was which. If I get queried on anything I'm going to struggle to remember what happened. Nothing else booked until the end of next week. I'm going to enjoy some free time.

Did some in March where 3 shops in a row the assistant that helped me had the same name and description. Now that just doesn't make anything easier to remember.

there wont be when you fill it in after the visit. the qu is generic and it covers every dept. you will only be visiting a few as specified in the notes. when you fill it in online it will only show you the correct bits.

enjoy drawing a nice big cross in all the sections you dont need to do lol! :rotfl:

Good grief I only did 6 today and I'm knackered! Amazed that you did 11. I did 2 others so 8 in total and I think that's pretty much my limit. Hope you've got plans for all those eggs :rotfl:

Can someone tell when entering egg shop results if the store stocks the item but does not have the offer advertised do we enter that as 'in stock' or 'out of stock'. tia
  • With GR, I always got asked to mystery shop a particular bank, unfortunately my friend worked for that bank but since they rang me many moons ago and I told them that my friend worked there, that bank has never appeared since. The thing is that my friend doesn't work at that bank anymore, I wouldn't mind mystery shopping it, would it be worth telling them?
