I have a TNS supermarket job next month and have been reading my notes. I have certain counters I should be checking staff at, but the questionnaire is asking me to check just about everything else in the shop, queue at the cafe, go to photo desk, stop at the garage and buy a chocolate bar; the list goes on and on, this is in addition to the things on my shopping list.
I presume I do everything on the questionnaire even if it is not high lighted as my main areas, is this right?

I only do the areas that are on the briefing, have never had any queries.

I just left town & forgot to do a job on the way home

fortunately I remembered about halfway home!

Think I'm going to have a quiet few weeks - got nothing else booked now and I go back to work in less than 4 weeks :(
Got lots of family visiting too before I go back and LO has some creche settling in sessions so I'll try and book some for when he's there but other than that I'll take it easy and try to carry on babyproofing my house
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Where does the time go?

    I've just rung BARE.

Apparently there is a delay from the US end in verifying the payments to those who did the Flights. (Me and Monkey :()

The guy (Mark?) said he'd chase to see when it's expected.

They've always paid up (though once only paid me £200 instead of £2000:eek:-Took them 10 days to rectify that)

So I'm not too overly worried:think:

Fingers crossed you both get paid soon! Plus I hope you both had an awesome time wherever you got to go :D

Things are quite quiet for me, just doing my usual audits and my almost weekly meal out in the same place (10 times in the past 15 weeks) although I've turned them down today, I'm sick of the menu!

Only got a pizza, couple of petrol jobs, jewellery audit and a cinema check booked in at the moment.

Need to get working on the tax return so I can get the to take what I owe out of my PAYE job monthly.

So I just ignore the extra questions then, unless it is in the main brief and on the shopping list?

Just done my first job for TERN.

Only problem I had was to keep under the maximum word count of at times 60 or 80 words.

Just looked and it's been marked. 8/10 so not too bad. They did comment though that I had not put in enough detailed comments

    !!!!!!

I think the 60 to 80 words is a suggested minimum, looking at my open TERN jobs the word counts above the comments box are all guides, not maximums. Maybe thats why they want more detail.

It says "please write between 30 and 60 words or 20 and 40 words etc " and IIRC (only my first job) I could not add more.

I usually type up scripts in a word document and then cut and paste. (Handy if the web-site crashes before finishing) It would not let me go over the 60 words.

I've two more to do next week so I'll see if I was doing it wrong!

My page still says "pending" though I'll check back tomorrow.

    Ooh, what was Shanghai like?

Did I hear correct that Bare do not have the flight jobs anymore? Shame if that is true as I am slowly nearing the job target in order to be eligible for the flight jobs.

I found these jobs really tough. I did everything and really struggled to remember everything!
