Booked in a job for tomorrow earlier this morning and have just had a phone call asking if I'd do another one as they've been let down :j. The best thing is I was going to the town anyhow to get my son's shoes checked for fit, so now I'll be earning £22.50 whilst there. I checked and they don't mind DS coming into the shops with me as long as I can remember what was said - should be fun!

Did you see any in my area? I, of course decided to go and do some grocery shopping between 11:15 and 12:30 so missed them all!:eek:

Edit: Don't worry, you wouldn't have. Just did a branch locator on website the closest one to me is yours! Too far for my anyway.:D

If anyone on here knows the protocol for ringing the company that cannot be named could they please let me know.

I was promised a brief and stuff through the post for some assignments next week (3 weeks ago!) but I've heard nothing. Have emailed and no response.

Want to ring them but dont want to upset them.

They're all probably pulling their hair out over the crisp jobs which are all due by today!!!!

Are the jobs you're talking about the ones for the fast supermarkets usually done by TNS?? I'm waiting for POS stuff for these as well.

Give them a call ... they are lovely people!! ... and let me know what they say!!!!

Yes they are those ones.

I've just received another email from them relating to this assignment but it was a round robbin one, they're trying to allocate another store in my area (not!). I have replied to it but have asked the question again. If I don't get a response I will call them this afternoon.

Well GR didnt sack me! Phew! Didnt get paid for that MS but did for the other one I did which is good! I've learnt that I need to be able to lie better!!!
I can never, ever see retail active jobs Do they only come up in certain areas?
