    So you always record them?

Yeh I do. I use the microphone on my iphone headphones so it's not obvious. I find it's the most accurate way for me to get all the specific details that I need such as timings and exactly what the MOS said. Less to have to remember so I can concentrate on remembering to ask for a receipt :p

Some people question the legalities, but afaik there is nothing illegal about recording a conversation that you are a part of so long as it's not then passed to a third party.

Had a fun yesterday, did one of the new re burger jobs. After I sat down the manager and another member of staff started tidying and moving chairs back to tables. The other member of staff then came over to me and asked if everything was ok with my meal..didn't ask anybody else in the restaurant. I couldn't quite see where the toilets were, and was trying to look to the back when I was putting my tray by the bin and the member of staff came over and asked if I was looking for the toilets. When I went up the stairs to use them he came up shortly after me and was waiting outside the toilets when I came out and then went in to check them.

Got home and did the report and it was so easy for an RE report, not at all like anything else I have done with them.

    At least you were honest

    So you always record them?

Well except for the job I posted about on RE - I see none of the alerts!
Perhaps I've peed them off :o
I don't either. Not for our area then I suppose.

Didn't mean to offend - it was said in jest. My sister in law is a teacher and so is my best friend! I just thought that by what you said it sounded like your son's teacher didn't really care about teaching the students. To be honest I think the whole education system is down the spout - government's fault (not teachers!). My daughter is in a class of 30+ students. How on earth can they get any one to one with their teacher? Anyway, that's all for another forum.....

    Apologies if any offence taken.

Cheers for that. I have 35 in my class - it's a tight squeeze but interesting. Yeah, I could go on and on about the education system and how wrong it is but you're right it's for another forum.

No offence meant either as I said I just get on my high horse from time to time - teaching 35 kids wipes me out and then I get to go home to my own children.

    Thanks. Friends? 1poke.gif

Back to MS just picked up three bank jobs. It's like buses round here!

Could someone please give me a clue or pm me who the baby shops are on RE?

I am quite sureI will be deemed too old to have a baby by RE (even though I have one, well a 3 year old!) as I am too old to eat a sandwich, buy a mobile phone or or shop in trendy shops according to them!
