Looking forward to September when he starts school and I'll have loads of time I can go MSing!I'm broke, not poor. Poor sounds permanent, broke can be fixed. (Thoroughly Modern Millie)

As far as I'm concerned unless the brief specifically says no kids then I take him along.
On GAP there was a news bulletin for the Burger places that said no kids so thats why I don't do them.
Its sods law that I did the Orientation for everything but the stamps today!
Gonna try and do it now and hope there's some left!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
Where does the time go? :think:0 -

I don't think there is anything on Gaps paperwork that says you can't take a child with you. The fast food jobs ban children (or anyone else) but thats all I can think of.
It would seem entirely natural to have a child with you in a stamp shop and I certainly took somebody else with me on occasions.ELITE 5:2

Hmm, maybe I'll just email them and ask them directly, then - that way I can't go wrong!
The burger ones do seem to say you can't even have another adult with you, let alone a child, which makes it very difficult!I'm broke, not poor. Poor sounds permanent, broke can be fixed. (Thoroughly Modern Millie)

That's what I do too but with Gap I am just so wary now. However, they rang me last week to do a chicken shop and I declined, saying that I couldn't as I had my son with me. She said that it was fine to take him so maybe it does depend on each individual client. Burgers definite no no though.0 -

My son is starting the nursery attached to the school in Sept so like you, much more free time! Still won't be doing burger jobs though but at least you are free to choose what ever jobs you want.:)0 -
