It was only later they added the caveat that this wouldn't be until September. If i'd have known at the time I wouldn't have done the jobs - especially as one of them kept coming back to haunt me. Oh well, less to pay the tax man lets look at it that way.
It did/does offer the option of paypal as that's what I signed up with. You can probably change it on your profile/payment section, although probably too late for this pay day..Christmas 2020 £109

Both assignments I did are the same scenario so the other one will be the same marking.
Bit of careful reading needed on these .
The guidelines do say to wait and see what you are offered however there is always an additional comment about checking the beginning of the questionnaire as to what you have to specifically buy.
React often have extra links with additional info to read within their questionnaires....easy to get caught out.0 -

If it is the react one's the staff member usual asks if you want anything else with your coffee and at that point they usual suggest an item or two and then I usually steer them to the type of product and we get there eventually.all the one's i've done say you have to purchase coffee and cake.. I don't like cake....but usually get away with just having a mouthful or 2... like the coffee though..:)Christmas 2020 £109

Hi, if it is a react job you usually ask for a flat white and then wait for the Barista to ask if you would like any food to go with that....then you order a piece of one of the large cakes (whether offered or not) since you have to score on how it is presented.
I made a boob on one of the jobs I did for them and decided to not input and release it to another shopper - since it was easier to take the cost of the purchase and not spend ages inputing feedback with missing sections and be marked down which would lower my overall score:(
These jobs get better as you do more of them - my first was a nightmare... my latest was much much better - was a steep learning curve..:)0 -

I've just read back through the shop guidelines and I agree it is a little confusing if you just read the scenario on the questionnaire. The guidelines do state at the top to make sure you read the purchase requirements (which are in a separate link on the questionnaire and change each month) - but I can see why you thought as you did!
Still waiting for my grading on a coffee shop I did... I'm hoping it will be better than the last one as I took extra care with it - if I get another 7, I give up!!!!0 -

Same here - my first was actually 3 in one day, which was interesting!! I'll not do that again... felt slightly jittery and sick by late afternoon (I also had a cookies job that day!! Had planned to do on 2 separate days but ended up having to cram 2 towns into one day...). The hardest bit was remembering all the flavours, etc - I noted how many of each, but not the flavours so didn't fare too well on that bit. (This was before grading was introduced, thankfully!!!)
Handy tip: on the coffee shop website, they have a nutritional info guide, which lists all the cakes / sandwiches etc. I now make a list of them before I go, and just tick which ones are available. MUCH easier than trying to remember them all / note them all quickly!0 -

7/10 = 70%
That's a well above average grade!#
Don't beat yourself up.....nobody can be perfect all the time.
It's great to get top marks but really in the great scheme of things we are adults....not school kids....and there are many more things in life that are far more important.
Excellent tip sf123....I jot them on my mobile message thingy and then put an x next to the ones I see....looks like I am just texting in front of the cabinet.

Yeah... but it's the fact that they explicitly state that shoppers with the highest grades will be selected for future jobs... I like doing jobs for them, so don't want to lose out to another shopper with a higher average!0 -
Not seen any work with them at all, and I registered maybe a couple of months ago... If they ARE genuine, I can't see many UK shoppers paying for the test, so hopefully if there's work about, you'd still be in with a chance...
Update from this post earlier today - just been offered a job round the corner from my house with them - I spoke too soon!!0
