Has anybody received payment for Helion March jobs yet please? It says that payment is made 'around' the 20th of the month following the assignment, but there's nothing in my account and nothing pending either.0

works a bit slow at the mo (struggling to find work this mth, last moth was fine, or is it just me ???) so i'm getting a few more company's under my belt, this company takes all ur details, then like a few other company's u have to take a test, at the end of the test u have a choice of taking another test which cost's £10,you will get a pass certificate at the end of it ..only if you pass.. they say by April they are aiming to carry out 90% of all assessments using Certificated mystery shoppers. so seems like if they are reputable you will need to have the certificate, I haven't seen them mentioned on here before so wanted to find out some info before committing myself, didn't want to pay for the certificate if they don't have much or any work... any info would be great.. thanx
I registered with them and did the first test, but haven't done the one you have to pay for... initially it reads as if it's the MSPA certification you would get, but then if you read it properly, it's not. So I didn't bother.
Not seen any work with them at all, and I registered maybe a couple of months ago... If they ARE genuine, I can't see many UK shoppers paying for the test, so hopefully if there's work about, you'd still be in with a chance...0 -

I have occasionally worked for these people. You do not need to pay for the £10.00 certificate.
IIRC this certificaite is only applicable to USA and possibly Europe.
I have rarely seen jobs, though. Funnily enough I got an email from them yesterday offering to use my work email for "dead letter" for about 5 times the usual RE fee
I've done a very unusal Trade (plumbing) purchase, Timeshare briefing (which should have led to the actual holiday).
They also used to have 2* motels-didn't bother with those!0 -

I havn't received mine yet either, but I wasn't expecting it until Fri/Sat because normally it takes about 3 days anyway, and also they've got to convert it from Euros into £. I'll let you know when I do (If I do - my bank charge for the conversion according to the list on the 1st page so I don't know if i'll actually get anything)0 -

Oh yes, I didn't think about the time between payment being made and actually being received. I hope you don't end up with nothing. Do they offer Paypal payments, that might be better for you?0 -

I havn't seen the option, although it would be good if they did. I was a little bit peeved tbh, because when I accepted them it just said that UK payments would be made in £. It was only later they added the caveat that this wouldn't be until September. If i'd have known at the time I wouldn't have done the jobs - especially as one of them kept coming back to haunt me. Oh well, less to pay the tax man lets look at it that way.0 -
I am little confused over a grading for a coffee assignment I did recently, the job notes said that to take whatever the staff member offered you with your coffee, but then I have been marked down quite considerably for not asking for a piece of cake. Both assignments I did are the same scenario so the other one will be the same marking.0

Is this job with REACT?
Drop them an email to query it.
Their coffee jobs do usually state which cake you have to buy though.0 -

I registered with these people a week ago & didn't pay to do the test. Can't say how good they are yet, but I had an email a couple of days ago asking me to do 2 jobs with my Council. The first is a visit to ask a question, fill in a questionnaire & return any leaflets I'm given (freepost), the other is a dead letter one. Pay appears to be quite good (ABA-i levels).
I emailed a few questions (clarification) regarding the MS & they've responsed quickly. I wasn't given a deadline in which to do it, but they're happy with the date I'd said I'd do it (typically had been in the town the Council is based on the day I was emailed so gave a date a week later).0
