  • Hi, could I ask a couple of questions of all you experienced shoppers, please? Just been reading through my notes for my pizza buffet assignment and am a bit confused by a couple of things:

    1. Timings - I'm supposed to get the buffet, so how am I supposed to time when the main course arrives? Or do I just not have to time that, but just time when the drinks arrive?

    2. The scenario says I should purchase "one buffet selection and 2 refill drinks, for up to 2 people". Elsewhere in the notes it says "if other people are joining you, they must order and pay separately from you or service times will be affected."

So if I take my DH out to lunch with me, I can include his drink in my assignment but he needs to order his buffet separately??? Isn't that going to look a little odd???

    TIA :-)

  • Out of interest, if you fail one of the gapbuster training things for particular clients can you never do a MS for that client or can you do it again?

think you get a few attempts but if you dont pass then they say you cant do the test again so would not be able to do that client. but few pps on here yesterday said they had had one reset months later so fingers crossed!

Don't tell me you've all spent the night eating RE pizzas instead of posting on here

If only, a night of RE or even gap pizza would be better than the night I've been stuck with. :(

Hello, first time poster on this thread. I have done search and can't find anything about a co I'm looking for info on Mystery Shoppers Inc, as I've had an email inviting me to register, has anyone heard of them an d work for them? They aren't on companies house, I'm not sure of this means anything or not.
Is Mystery Shopping a good way of earning?
    Thank you for any feedback

i have not heard of them before but they sound american with inc at the end. if they want you to pay to join then its a definate no no!

depending on how much time you have to do it you can make a fair bit but you do have to do a lot of jobs to earn lots! i work full time so i just do some in evenings at at weekends but i usually make about £200 a month from it by doing about 30 jobs. others on here do it full time.

if you want to get started have a look at the first page as it has a list of companies that we all use and are free to join. gap and retail eyes are good to start with as they have lots of assignments and most are pretty straightforward. :D
