I read the 'package of two calls' to be a call to x company will be job ID 4434 and a call to y company will be ID 4435 both with the same scenario.... I have been allocated 4 calls - 2 'sets' of two

If I've read it wrong let me know if you can I'm doing them this morning!

That marries up with what I thought, so we're probably (hopefully!) right!

When TNS ask you to count the gaps in various sections of the shop in the questionnaire, do you only answer for the section, i.e. bakery on the shopping list or do you still count and mark down for meat ,veg etc. as well?

It's just for that section. Usually they ask 'were there 5 or more gaps in bakery section' etc. If there are loads of gaps around the store I would usually make note of it in the general comments. Read through the questionnaire if you haven't already as that will make it clearer. hth :)

when you fill in the questionnaire there is a general comments box at the end of that section and it says to comment there if there gaps in other sections :)

pretty sure retail maxim don't have a 'website'. jobs are notified via text and then you call them. either give the report over the phone or you log into the site but they give you details for the site as they are different for each visit.

Daft question: when it says you have 3 days in which to do an assignment, is that including or excluding the day on which you pick it up? Ie picked it up on friday, can I do it monday, or does it have to be done on Friday, saturday or sunday?

    Am I even making sense?

I've done loads of these before, and I feel like I should know the answer!

It tells you in the email which day it has to be done by, so it's anyday up to and including that day.

I'll have a coffee, thanks for the offer. Black, no sugar. Thanks.

Re: ABA-i jobs, if you need a couple of extra days, give them a call, so long as you don't go over the end date of the project they are usually happy to extend.

They phoned me last week to do a department store restaurant and I said I couldn't do it until Wednesday NEXT week and they said that was fine.

Very friendly, very accommodating company are ABA-i !
