Normally struggle to find a manager in these ones but for some reason there were about 10 in today  and every single one of them knew who I was after I'd asked the first one where the bleach was
I din't find one manager in mine today, I normally find one or two knockin about but not today, lol
Good job reports nice and easy though and I've done so many of these it's second nature now. I even do my visit in the order of the questions,lol0 -

I've done a fair few aswellquite enjoy them to be honest, don't even need to prep my shopping list before I do them now can just do it from memory... Usually just do it in whatever order happens to work out easiest i.e. if I spot a manager I'll grab them but definitely won't do that again after todays performance...
Nor will I do crisps on the day I'm mystery shopping... Live and learn I guess
Am I the only stingy MSer that does these? I usually buy £1 worth of groceries on the first checkout and £2 on the second0 -

Lol, I've done shops for two Ms companies at the same location before.....bit naughty but hey, there you go.
No, I've also just bought to the spend amount also, you have t when you rely on the income etc. Today though, I bought much more.
Bare are now deducting 50% off some jobs fee if the report is submitted after 24 hrs and between three days , then 60% after that, then all the lot if four days. Then again it's deserved at three to four day's if there's no valid reason.
I did my sports shop yesterday and got the brief in first thing this morning.
Well I'm off to bed, got fair few reports to write in morning cos I been lazy tonight0 -
I'm having problems uploading my crisps. All I seem to be able to do is one at a time. Usually use safari, but have also tried in firefox. Anyone else have any problems?0

I find all the GR jobs very straightforward. They never over-complicate anything and the reporting always ties-in completely with the brief. I don't think I have ever come across an ambiguous brief or questionnaire with GR. The company is a pleasure to deal with and I would happily accept every GR job available to me (and there are not many companies I would say that about).:)0 -

Wow that's quite a high drop! I have to say my internet connection isn't always the most reliable and sometimes I have gone over 24 hours if I can't submit the report on my iphone. Usually it's on a weekend though otherwise I could use my work pc.0 -

I'm trying to decide whether to finish my reports tonight or do them in the morning, could do them in the morning then do my burger lunch and crisps after that.
Ouch - that is a big drop from Bare. I had some for them recently where I was told as long as they were in by Monday (visits were a Thursday) it was fine. Usually find them quite sensible as far as when reports have to be in. I can see why they're doing it but it does seem a bit mean... Often its a case of what would they rather we were doing? Urgent visits for them or refusing so we can do their report for jobs that aren't as urgent...
ESA do annoy me slightly with regards to the reporting requirement, especially if the job has been an evening one having to get it in the same day is a pain
One day I'd like to have so much work that I can employ a secretary to do my typing and just dictate all my reports and concentrate on shopping... :rotfl:
Maybe we could all chip in and share one? hmmmm0 -

Snap - to both! I always aim to do my weekly shop on a MS assignment, so there's no way I'll spend over the reimbursement if I'm doing 10 or so other supermarkets in the same week.Bare are now deducting 50% off some jobs fee if the report is submitted after 24 hrs and between three days , then 60% after that, then all the lot if four days. You say "some jobs" - do you have any idea of which jobs?
What'll happen if RE get hold of this policy?? I can just imagine them implementing a fine system: shopper pays RE £5 for each 24 hour delay in reporting (all shoppers required to set up twice monthly direct debit).;)0 -

My internet connection is ropey aswell. Bought a dongle while doing a job the other day.
Not sure if this is a nationwide deal or just the particular shop I was in but t-mobile are doing a dongle for £8.99 (have to buy a £10 top up with it) and then it costs £2 for your first day followed by 30 days free
This apparently is an ongoing offer each month and they have no plans to finish it but won't hold my breath. Will be good while it lasts anywayessentially its free mobile browsing for £2/mth.
Plus as the man in the shop advised me "they can't cut you off for going over the 2gb fair usage or impose limits because its PAYG", so technically its unlimited too0 -

I think they might be shooting themselves in the foot a little here...
i.e. if I was late submitting a job and I knew they would deduct 50%+ of the fee my awkward streak would kick in and not submit it at all which will just end up making the allocators jobs harder.
I've always found them really flexible and I hope that continues as they seem to have the balance right between manual allocation and their website, a lot of companies now do not seem to care about quality just if they can find any goon to do the job for a pittance...0
